WALGA (the Western Australian Local Government Association) needed to centralise its records and documents and meet State Records Office compliance while working with limited IT resources, so ease of use and simple deployment were critical. MAGIQ Software implemented MAGIQ Documents as a web/cloud corporate repository, creating discrete workspaces for each of WALGA’s six Business Units while keeping all documents in a single central store; the system is now used by more than 100 staff.
