IPC Health, one of Victoria’s largest community health providers operating six sites and around 450 staff, faced a finance function bogged down in multiple Excel spreadsheets with no ability to drill down into financial data for accurate, timely reporting. The solution delivered measurable time savings and accuracy improvements — routine reports that once took hours can now be produced in about 20 seconds, enabling faster decision-making during COVID and freeing the finance team from manual effort.
