Gateway Health, a not-for-profit community health service with more than 300 staff across multiple sites and outreach services, faced budgeting and reporting systems that could not provide the transparency and visibility it needed. To solve this, Gateway Health engaged MAGIQ Software and implemented the MAGIQ Performance suite across its Microsoft Dynamics GP finance and Sage payroll systems.

MAGIQ Software configured MAGIQ Performance to deliver real-time, accurate financial and labour reporting and visually engaging dashboards, enabling managers to actively participate in budgeting and produce board-ready reports. As a result, Gateway Health now has clearer visibility of FTE and labour costs (which make up 75% of the budget), improved budgetary accuracy across some 150 cost centres, and stronger financial ownership across the organisation.
