Bland Shire Council, a local government authority serving a community of over 6,000 residents, was struggling with a growing volume of paper records that made locating, tracking and version‑controlling documents time‑consuming and labour‑intensive. To address these issues the Council selected MAGIQ Software’s document management solution, implementing the MAGIQ Documents Suite to replace paper‑based systems.
MAGIQ Software implemented MAGIQ Documents across the organisation, giving a single secure repository and tools (including an MS Office/Outlook connector) that more than 75 staff use and with 90% of staff accurately capturing records.
