Bairnsdale Regional Health Service needed a better way to meet regulatory and board reporting requirements, reduce the time spent producing reports, and improve the accuracy of its financial information. The health service had previously relied on Excel for its budgeting and reporting, which took around three full days a year and produced data they were not satisfied with. More than 60 staff use the system, and the organisation now has a single, secure source of financial data and business assumptions.
