HABITAT, the iconic British home furnishings retailer, needed to replace its HOMEBASE-based systems after a major business restructure and move to a full ERP platform within a tight 18-month timeframe. The company also required new EPOS hardware to support the retail module of its new system, while managing cost pressures and a growing omnichannel operation.

MAGINUS implemented a complete ERP and omnichannel solution based on Microsoft Dynamics AX, integrating stock control, warehousing, merchandising, payments, BI and retail functions, while AURES supplied new SANGO POS terminals and peripherals. The solution supported HABITAT’s migration, enabled Click and Collect at 2,300+ locations with 3,000+ products online, and helped position the business for further store growth.
