Arch Insurance, a global insurer providing specialty risk solutions, needed to build a next-generation insurance broker portal. They partnered with MagiClick Digital Solutions to create a cutting-edge, self-service user experience and integrate the new platform with their core SSP insurance system.

MagiClick initiated the project with discovery workshops and used an Agile process to build and iteratively refine prototypes based on user feedback.
