ID-Pal, a provider of real-time identity verification solutions, needed to integrate its service into the Salesforce platform for use across any customer channel. They also required an extension of standard Salesforce functionality using dynamic custom objects for greater flexibility. They engaged MagicFuse to accomplish this.

MagicFuse developed a secure, bidirectional integration between Salesforce and ID-Pal's external system, featuring a user-friendly UI component to review and update personal data. They also built functionality for dynamic interaction between the package's data objects and a client's custom objects. This work, which included LWC components and APEX backend features, resulted in a managed package that brings ID-Pal's identity verification solution to the AppExchange. The Head of Product at ID-Pal stated that MagicFuse was instrumental in establishing their Salesforce offering.
