Transports Landois is a family-owned refrigerated transport company based in Brittany with about 50 trucks, two warehouses and roughly 80 employees serving some 500 customers across France. Seeking to modernize after launching a digital transformation in 2018, the company needed to centralize and automate operations (order-to-invoice), provide mobile access for drivers, and integrate with existing Sage accounting to eliminate error-prone manual re-entry — about 200 invoices were being issued weekly.

Working with IT Solutions, Transports Landois implemented a custom management suite built on Magic xpa’s low-code web platform. The solution automates PDF invoice generation and distribution via customer portals, sends automated reminders, and adds modules for driver scheduling, contracts and vehicle maintenance with tracking and analytics. The result: 100% electronic invoicing, major time savings, removal of most Excel-based processes and duplicate entries, improved service efficiency and customer satisfaction, and a scalable foundation for further paperless expansion.
