Segafredo-Zanetti Perks Up with Mobile Direct Store Delivery App from Magic and Danem

Segafredo Zanetti France, a subsidiary of Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group, needed to modernize its retail sales and distribution to capture impulse purchases, maintain accurate inventory and sales data, and improve field efficiency and customer service. The challenge was to integrate a mobile direct store delivery (DSD) solution with its SAP Business One ERP while supporting offline use in areas with limited connectivity.

Working with Magic and partner Danem, Segafredo deployed a mobile DSD app on Samsung tablets that links in real time to SAP Business One via the Magic xpi Integration Platform’s pre-built connector and supports offline operation. The solution was delivered on time and within budget, and has driven increased sales from impulse purchases, provided up-to-date inventory and invoicing data, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced customer service.
