CWS-boco, a leading European provider of washroom hygiene, work apparel and textile rental services with operations in 17 countries and around 7,900 employees, needed to unify heterogeneous sales processes and KPIs across multiple markets. The company faced a complex integration challenge: connecting Salesforce to four different SAP systems (including SAP R/3), several ERP platforms, a proprietary CRM and handheld system, and an online fax solution to enable consistent, company-wide information management.
