Nevaris Bausoftware GmbH, a Bremen-based provider of construction software serving over 5,500 customers and part of the Nemetschek Group, relied on Salesforce for managing leads, contacts and opportunities but lacked integration with its ERP (Microsoft Business Central). This disconnect forced time-consuming, error-prone manual data entry and synchronization for financial, product and order information, undermining efficiency and the customer experience.
Nevaris worked with H+W Consult to integrate Salesforce and the ERP using the Magic xpi platform, building uni- and bi-directional interfaces to automate data flows. The result is a single source of truth with automatic synchronization, faster, more reliable processes, reduced costs and time savings, elimination of manual errors, and a flexible hub for future system connections.
