MEO, a wood-aluminum window and joinery manufacturer within the LIEBOT Group, needed to simplify a complex ERP environment and modernize its production tools to improve performance and move toward Industry 4.0. The company was struggling with maintenance across many interfaces and wanted better visibility and control over data and manufacturing flows.

Magic Software provided FactoryEye to integrate and orchestrate MEO’s data flows, centralize technical and customer information, and add MES capabilities for real-time production management. After mapping applications, training internal teams, and rolling out the solution in phases across multiple sites, MEO gained much better flow control, real-time visibility, improved collaboration, and more effective production line optimization, including deployment to around thirty machines.
