Facnor and Sparcraft, companies within the Wichard Group, needed to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and make their order and delivery processes more responsive across a global marine business. With Magic Software’s low-code platform, they set out to modernize IT systems and better support e-commerce, mobile order management, and system integration.

Magic Software’s Magic xpa platform was used to build a B2B e-commerce site, a mobile application for order returns, and to unify Sparcraft’s previously separate information systems. The result was less double entry, smoother data flow, stronger automation, and improved responsiveness; the companies also added IoT features for real-time product weighing and validation, helping streamline operations and strengthen customer and subcontractor relationships.
