How Albéa Packaging Achieved 360° Visibility With Magic’s Industry 4.0 Solution

Albéa Packaging, a global leader in cosmetic packaging with 32 manufacturing sites across 14 countries and over 50 years of experience, faced limited visibility into customer consumption and disconnected systems (Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP and eCommerce). These gaps created inefficiencies in sales follow-up and made it hard to coordinate production and master customer data across the enterprise.

Using the Magic xpi integration platform as an orchestration layer, Albéa connected CRM, ERP, MDM and over 25 critical applications (including Bevolta for DDMRP), creating real-time, 360° visibility of customers and orders. The integrations improved sales team efficiency, made invoice and order status visible in CRM, standardized customer data, and optimized production planning across 11 plants; most projects were implemented in about 15 days, accelerating Albéa’s digital transformation and operational agility.
