Finanz Informatik More Efficiently Servicing 90 Billion Technical Transactions Annually with Magic’s Platforms

Finanz Informatik, the IT service provider for the German Savings Banks Finance Group with over 3,000 employees and nearly EUR 2 billion in annual revenue, needed a better way to deliver and coordinate its wide-ranging services—from application development and infrastructure to support—across hundreds of client organizations. After building a web-based IT service management system called Service Request Plus (SRPlus) on the code-free Magic xpa platform, the company faced the challenge of synchronizing SRPlus with its existing SAP ERP processes.

Finanz Informatik implemented Magic xpi’s centralized integration platform, using its SAP‑certified connector to tightly integrate SRPlus into the IT infrastructures of Finanz Informatik, the Sparkassen organization and external partners. The integrated SRPlus system is now used organization-wide, handling more than 45,000 contacts (about 25,000 approved users) and supporting over 7,000 people daily, streamlining service delivery and partner collaboration.
