Entertainment Trading, a leading European distributor of interactive entertainment with over 550 customers and large warehouse inventory, needed to quickly integrate newly deployed SAP environments in the UK and Sweden with its Danish HQ. The primary challenges were to create a consolidated view of master item and stock data and to transfer invoice data into the HQ system, all under tight time constraints and without lengthy SDK development.

They deployed Magic Software’s iBOLT SE, a templated, SAP‑certified integration tool, and with minimal training and a few days of consultancy built the required data consolidations. The solution delivered fast, out‑of‑the‑box integration, reduced development time, enabled consolidated master-data and invoice flows, and provided a flexible platform for future projects such as chart-of-accounts consolidation, webshop integration, improved error handling and unified notifications.
