Tufin, a leader in Network Security Policy Orchestration serving more than 2,000 enterprise customers and hundreds of channel partners, needed a modern PRM that provided a bi-directional Salesforce CRM integration without custom coding, a flexible UI, configurable deal registration, secure file sharing, and a single place to communicate and store partner data. After evaluating options, Tufin selected Magentrix and its PRM Community (found on the Salesforce AppExchange) to address these requirements.

Magentrix implemented a bi-directional Salesforce connector and a single-platform PRM Community—built with Magentrix partner CloudCom—allowing partners and customers to create/track service tickets, access content and knowledge bases, and support multiple portals from one system. Launched within six weeks with light customizations, the Magentrix solution gave Tufin better visibility into partner actions, improved forecasting accuracy, increased partner engagement, and positive partner feedback on ease of navigation; Tufin is now expanding the Magentrix PRM to add pricing and onboarding workflows.
