Rabine Group Automates Online Bidding Process on Magentrix

Rabine Group, a national family-owned provider of commercial paving, roofing, snow removal and petroleum transportation services, faced a chaotic partner bidding process: bids arrived by phone, email and spreadsheets with inconsistent or missing information, forcing staff to manually collate responses and work overtime. To centralize and automate bidding while integrating with their Salesforce CRM, Rabine selected Magentrix and its partner portal solution.

Magentrix built a customizable, Salesforce-integrated partner portal that went from development to launch within a month, enabling partners to submit bids online. The new Magentrix portal achieved about a 90% adoption rate, greatly improved quote and contract turnaround, eliminated the need for all-night bid processing, and continues to be expanded in collaboration with Magentrix.
