Enghouse Interactive, a global provider of interaction management solutions, needed a secure, partner-accessible repository for sensitive marketing, product and technical materials as it expanded its European partner program. With a broad product portfolio where some partners compete on different products, Enghouse required granular role- and access-control and the ability to host varied content (including video) so partners could access up-to-date resources; they engaged Magentrix to deliver this capability via the Magentrix PRM platform/community.
Magentrix implemented a customizable, scalable PRM community with fine-grained access controls, responsive mobile access, and centralized content administration, enabling Global Partner Managers to publish and manage materials by region and user role. The solution helped Enghouse scale from about 30 partners to over 200 partners and nearly 2,000 users, cut Product Managers’ time spent distributing files, supported smooth integration of acquisitions, and provided on‑demand access that has contributed to revenue growth for the company.
