Dunbar Digital Armor Enhances Customer Experience with Magentrix Portal

Dunbar Digital Armor, the cybersecurity arm of the nearly century-old Dunbar Armored, needed a unified B2B portal to centralize its Security-as-a-Service offerings in a single “app store” view, improve company-wide visibility into customer touchpoints, and simplify customer and partner engagement. To meet those requirements they selected Magentrix, leveraging the Magentrix portal with seamless Salesforce CRM integration to surface disparate solutions, product information and support in one place.

Magentrix delivered a single portal and dashboard that unified product listings, billing and support while providing web interfaces to previously disparate systems. The Magentrix solution provided about 80% of the needed functionality out of the box and was deployed very quickly at roughly 20% of the cost of other options, giving Dunbar Digital Armor faster time-to-value, easier partner access to resources, and a markedly improved customer experience.
