Mage Data implemented iRetire for data minimization, along with iDiscover, iScramble, and iMask for Oracle EBS. The solution tokenized inactive employees’ sensitive data instead of deleting or archiving it, preserving referential integrity and auditability while reducing risk. Mage Data successfully tokenized the PII of 63,000 inactive employee records across 376 tables and 3,432,972 rows in 29 business units.
