Case Study: StoneLand Global Logistics achieves faster, error-free EDI and streamlined oversized-equipment transport with Magaya Corporation

A Magaya Corporation Case Study

Preview of the StoneLand Global Logistics Case Study

Stoneland Global Transports Oversized Equipment with Ease

StoneLand Global Logistics, based in Humble, Texas, is a logistics provider that specializes in oversized cargo and time-sensitive deliveries to remote oil-field sites (including routes like the Dalton Highway to Prudhoe Bay). Facing extreme weather, limited visibility and complex customer EDI requirements, StoneLand selected the Magaya Supply Chain Solution and the Magaya XML-API from Magaya Corporation to manage warehousing, shipping, and electronic purchase orders.

Magaya Corporation implemented its Magaya Supply Chain Solution and XML-API to receive POs via EDI, convert them into Warehouse Receipts, track inventory and raw materials (including builds for 15 custom skids), apply handling charges and automate invoicing. The implementation reduced manual data entry and errors, sped up processing versus spreadsheets, improved inventory visibility and billing automation, and helped the seven-person team better support remote, mission-critical shipments.
