Siati Group Achieves Remarkable Growth with Magaya

Siati Group, a Miami-headquartered freight forwarder serving Latin America with a large eCommerce mailbox operation, faced rapid growth and the need for highly accurate, fast measurements to avoid costly customs fines. Although Siati already used the CubiScan scale system, the company engaged Magaya Corporation to integrate measurement hardware with a warehouse and transaction management system to handle thousands of small packages more efficiently.

Magaya Corporation implemented a “smart system” by integrating CubiScan with the Magaya database, adding a Magaya Dimensioner and a suite of Magaya solutions (Transaction Tracking, barcode scanning, ACE, Magaya Connection to U.S. Customs, and LiveTrack). The results: package sizing time fell by 96% (from ~20–25 minutes to 1–2 minutes), warehouse capacity grew by over 66%, and staff levels roughly doubled (28 to ~60), while real‑time images and automated data improved customer communications and operational throughput.
