North Atlantic Ocean Shipping and Car Transport, a Delaware‑based logistics provider with five U.S. and five Central American offices, exports passenger cars and other vehicles purchased at online auctions to Central America. Using Magaya Corporation’s system, North Atlantic centralized its database (20+ users), automated pickup lists and AES filings, added event tracking and LiveTrack visibility for customers, and integrated online payments and insurance links. The result: elimination of duplicate data entry, real‑time shipment visibility that improved customer satisfaction and helped avoid pickup penalties, and streamlined operations that support roughly 125 containers exported per week across all locations.
