Magaya Corporation implemented Magaya WMS and Magaya WMS Mobile (four handheld devices) to scan, label, assign and load inventory, enable online customer visibility and integrate accounting and communications. The solution let WTDC handle over 500,000 returned items, eliminate much manual data entry, cut customer‑service time to about 20% of the day, speed customs inspections from days to minutes, and drive increased revenue, efficiency and accuracy across its 12,000 pallet positions.
