Interport Services, a high-volume logistics provider handling consolidated freight and operating a 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse, faced rapid growth that strained its receiving, warehousing and distribution workflows and left customers wanting better real-time visibility. To scale operations and improve tracking, Interport turned to Magaya Corporation, deploying Magaya’s Supply Chain Solution along with Magaya Explorer, Magaya WMS Mobile (and LiveTrack/Magaya Cargo capabilities) to replace legacy systems.

Magaya Corporation implemented integrated software and API-driven automation — including the Magaya API/XML EDI integration, web-based tracking portal and handheld-scanner workflows — so documentation, labels and inventory updates flow automatically into the system. The solution reduced manual entry and errors, sped document processing and gave customers drill-down visibility (lot/serial details) and self-service tracking, enabling Interport to efficiently move high volumes (about 120 containers per month) and improve turnaround time as they continue to grow.
