Spacefox Electronics (Spacefox) is a Miami-based wholesaler that buys, stores and ships electronic parts into Latin America and beyond. To meet fast, priority-shipping demands while simplifying complex invoicing and customs requirements, owner Fernando De Leon turned to Magaya Corporation, implementing the Magaya Commerce System (with DL International Logistics using the Magaya Cargo System) to track part numbers, sales and purchase orders and manage cargo releases.

Using Magaya Corporation’s Commerce and Cargo systems, Spacefox integrated DL Logistics’ receipts with Spacefox’s inventory database, moved from manual entry to wireless WMS Mobile barcode scanning (added in 2014), and instituted pick/pack and serial-number QC workflows. The Magaya solution saved time, improved accuracy, preserved serial histories for warranty tracking, reduced errors and supports about 40–50 orders per week while enabling more competitive pricing and better customer service.
