Vintage Inns, a four‑diamond collection of hotels and spas in Niagara‑on‑the‑Lake, needed an enterprise solution to unify four separate guest histories, sell spa and club benefits as packages, centralize reservations, and eliminate repetitive data entry across properties. To meet those challenges they selected Maestro PMS and its Maestro enterprise property management suite (Front Office, Sales & Catering, Club & Spa and the ResEze web reservations module) to provide a single, shared database and unified workflow for staff and remote sales teams.
Maestro PMS implemented the integrated Maestro suite, conducted a multi‑day operational audit, consolidated property codes and built a single database so staff see complete guest histories and can create single reservations spanning multiple hotels. Vintage Inns expected measurable benefits from the deployment — a projected 30% increase in staff efficiency and at least a 50% improvement in data accuracy from eliminating re‑keying — plus improved guest recovery, bundled benefits sales, and centralized availability and reporting across the chain.
