Maestro Sets a Real-Time Tempo for Benchmark Hospitality

Benchmark Hospitality, a management company for resorts, conference centers and hotels, faced an outdated property management environment running eight- to ten-year-old systems and a legacy PMS that was not part of its network. To modernize and standardize on a Windows-based platform, Benchmark implemented the Maestro Front Office module from Maestro PMS (deployed via NORTHWIND/MCorp), aligning with Microsoft Windows NT and SQL Server technologies.

Maestro PMS delivered an integrated front-office solution (with A/R and Travel Agency Management at select sites) that provides real-time data access, advanced yield management, and automated yield controls. As a result, Benchmark gained immediate access to historical and operational data, reduced response times and labor costs, and improved customer service while maximizing room revenue and average rates — positioning Maestro PMS as a core part of their operational platform.
