Maestra's solution involved segmenting the customer base using an RFM model and launching numerous automated, trigger-based email campaigns alongside A/B tests. As a result, Tefal doubled its email marketing revenue compared to pre-implementation figures. Most significantly, 80% of all direct marketing revenue is now generated by these trigger-based campaigns.
