Lazurit Furniture Store, a large Eastern European furniture retailer, partnered with the vendor Maestra to address the challenge of increasing revenue from abandoned shopping carts on its online store. Despite a growing customer base, revenue from the abandoned cart email flow had stagnated and needed a new strategy to drive growth.
Maestra implemented a solution that segmented customers into seven groups based on the value of their abandoned carts, allowing for personalized email flows and offers tailored to each segment's behavior. This approach included A/A/B testing of various discounts and email subjects, and the introduction of a new pop-up. The results were significant, with Maestra helping Lazurit achieve an 84% increase in revenue from abandoned carts, a 139% boost in order conversion, and a 140% rise in the number of orders.
