The solution involved integrating the Maestra platform with the Wallet app, allowing customers to instantly get a digital loyalty card without formal registration. This provided Benetton with a stream of high-quality, verified customer contacts. The implementation by Maestra was highly successful, resulting in 94,000 new loyalty program members acquired at a cost of just $0.10 per registration over a ten-month period.
