Tandem built OrgBuilder, a collaborative platform that ingests HRIS data to create a canonical org model. The solution features a scenario engine for forking and testing restructuring options, a real-time constraint scoring system, and role-based permissions for secure client collaboration. This allowed BCG to run entire engagements within a single workspace, drastically reducing errors and modeling time.
