Flashmasters, a photography community, approached MadeByShape after a recent website transition failed to position them as leaders. Their challenge involved a cumbersome judging process for their awards platform and a need to transition into an educational hub to increase subscriber sign-ups.

MadeByShape developed a custom Awards module in Craft CMS to streamline judging and built a subscription platform integrated with Stripe. This solution automated key processes and provided a seamless experience for both judges and subscribers. The new approach led to a nearly threefold increase in sign-ups for Flashmasters within the first three months after launch.
