Levtex, a provider of home bedding products, faced a challenge in adapting its fulfillment operations from a wholesale model to a high-volume e-commerce and direct-to-consumer one. The manual processes it used for large wholesale shipments could not handle the complexity and sheer number of single-carton online orders. To manage this growth, Levtex implemented the SCExpert warehouse management system (WMS) from vendor Made4net.

The solution from Made4net integrated with the eZCom API to automate order processing, shipping connections, and the generation of retailer-specific packing slips. This automation replaced manual tasks, allowing Levtex to process a substantially higher number of orders in far less time. As a result, Levtex successfully managed a major increase in order volume and trading partners, enabling significant growth in its drop-shipping and online marketplace sales.
