Made Tech, working with Edge Health, built a unified data platform prototype that successfully pulled information from multiple sources. The solution passed the Government Digital Service alpha assessment, meeting all 14 required standards, and has progressed to beta. The platform enables care providers to compare occupancy rates, identify service gaps, and improves collaboration between health and social care services, leading to more informed decision-making and better care outcomes.
