Great user experience is key to user adoption

Mazars Netherlands, a large accounting firm, sought a client-centric document management solution to provide its 600+ professionals with secure, anytime, anywhere access to documents. The new SharePoint-based system needed to be user-friendly and tightly integrated with Microsoft Office applications.
