Large Electronic and Print CCM Client Conversion Project from Doc1 to Quadient Inspire

The customer, a large electronic and print CCM company, faced the challenge of consolidating its communication output after company acquisitions left it with approximately 450 separate legacy Doc1 applications. To eliminate the need for a separate print process, the company engaged vendor Macrosoft to perform a full conversion of these applications to the Quadient Inspire platform.

Macrosoft implemented a highly-structured conversion process using its international development team and proprietary automation tools, including an XML Parser. This approach enabled a high throughput, achieving a rate of over 30 applications converted per month and resulting in significant time savings measured in person-years. The solution successfully handled applications ranging from simple to highly complex, ensuring data quality and providing complete documentation for each converted application for future maintenance.
