Immergas Poland automates 150 product rules with Macopedia

Immergas Poland, a leader in the heating industry and part of the Immerfin group, needed a centralized source for its product data to feed its website, Salesforce, and other dedicated systems. Their challenge was to verify data accurately before publication and automate content enrichment, requiring a Product Information Management system that could also function as a Digital Asset Manager. Macopedia was engaged to implement Akeneo Enterprise PIM to address these needs.

Macopedia designed a new system architecture, integrating Akeneo PIM with the client's Oracle ERP and other systems. They created approximately 150 automation rules to streamline data completion and utilized features like Tailored Export and Reference Entities to meet specific client requirements for distributor data and price history. The result was that Akeneo PIM became Immergas's central knowledge source for products and digital assets, significantly improving data quality and completeness while digitizing processes previously managed with Excel files.
