A mabl Case Study
Turo, the peer-to-peer carsharing marketplace, faced flaky, hard-to-diagnose end-to-end tests after months building their own infrastructure. With 45 developers but only two QA engineers, the team lacked the confidence and resources to test important internal admin flows and relied on infrequent, fragile automation. To solve this, Turo evaluated and adopted mabl’s ML-driven end-to-end testing platform, including its codeless Trainer browser extension.
mabl let Turo create reliable tests quickly—standing up coverage for the internal admin interface in roughly 15–60 minutes—and added webhook-triggered suites for critical customer flows like listing and booking cars. Using mabl’s link crawler and self-healing capabilities reduced false positives and maintenance, made failures actionable, offloaded test execution and upkeep, and enabled plans to run tests after every deploy while keeping costs low.
