Dunn Hospitality Group Ditches Manual Reporting for Cloud-based Reporting System from M3

Dunn Hospitality Group, a Midwest hotel development and management company operating more than 35 properties, faced time-consuming, manual financial and labor reporting that required nightly forms and spreadsheet transfers and became harder to customize after their accounting vendor was acquired. To solve this, Dunn turned to M3 for a tailored, cloud-based reporting and labor management solution.

M3 implemented its Accounting Core and Time Management tools (with plans to add its Insight BI platform), replacing manual processes with automated, hospitality-specific reporting, attendance tracking, and custom labor/overtime reports integrated into the PMS dashboard. Since adopting M3 in 2011, Dunn has eliminated nightly data entry and manual exports, given managers immediate access to labor metrics, streamlined payroll processes, and increased operational efficiency across its properties.
