M2SYS Technology implemented 100 vein scanners across Yarco’s apartment communities so nearly 1,000 employees could clock in and out with vascular biometrics, with data sent over the internet to corporate payroll servers. The new system replaced the manual process with faster, more accurate, and more secure time capture, and Yarco reported a 90% efficiency increase. As a result, the payroll department was cut in half, freeing staff to focus on other HR functions.
