The Las Vegas Department of Leisure Services worked with M2SYS Technology to improve its membership management process for 20,000 members across the city of Las Vegas. Using third-party membership software and plastic ID cards to track attendance, the department wanted a faster, more affordable identification solution that could reduce the ongoing cost and maintenance of card printing and replacement.

M2SYS Technology implemented Bio-SnapON with the department’s existing enterprise software at multiple recreation centers, replacing PVC cards with fingerprint-based member check-in. The result was a more efficient and accurate sign-in process, $15K–20K in annual savings from eliminating card production and printing, and $100K in deferred product purchases.
