American Conservatory Theater (ACT) is a Bay Area nonprofit theater that needed to rebuild its audience and donor base after COVID-19 disrupted live performances and revenue. After launching a new website, ACT looked to Lytics and its customer data platform (CDP) to better understand visitors, grow email reach, and create more engaging online experiences.
