Regit, a Manchester-based “Digital Garage” serving over two million U.K. motorists, set out to deepen lifelong customer relationships across the car ownership lifecycle. Growing to 2.2 million registered vehicles and hundreds of data points per driver left the company with rich but unwieldy data, blind spots when customers left the site, and GDPR-related consent challenges that made personalized, timely engagement difficult.
Regit implemented the Lytics customer data platform to unify data, feed proprietary customer scores, and orchestrate personalized cross-channel experiences (including targeted Facebook/Google ads and anonymous on-site valuations). The changes drove measurable impact: 33% of users who would have exited engaged with the free valuation modal, test-drive lead follow-through flipped so ~70% now arrange drives themselves (versus 30% before), and call-center volume fell ~40%, yielding higher revenue and lower costs.
