Faced with 1,634 requests and 1,774 closed projects in a year, the team needed a streamlined, end‑to‑end creative workflow because their legacy system was built for task management, not creative work — creating problems with non‑collaborative intake, slow project setup, and chaotic proof reviews.
They implemented inMotion ignite, using dynamic intake forms, 100+ project and route templates, an intuitive online proofing system, and shared reporting. The platform cut project setup to “three clicks,” centralized feedback and approvals, and gave real‑time visibility to stakeholders; over the past year the team submitted 5,535 proofs (averaging two versions over three days) and created 124 reports, improving accountability and enabling the team to scale with the organization.
