Texas Roadhouse, a US-based steakhouse chain with three brands across 623+ locations, was struggling with a manual, time-consuming design request process. Requests had to be entered and tracked by a traffic manager, creating errors, bottlenecks, and difficulty managing incoming requests and brand assets. Texas Roadhouse needed a more efficient way to streamline creative workflows, and it turned to Lytho.
Lytho implemented a request portal and Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for Texas Roadhouse, enabling employees to submit and track requests in one place and allowing designers to quickly find and download assets. The result was better communication, improved transparency, fewer errors, faster time to market, and stronger brand consistency across all three brands.
