A Lytho Case Study
South Dakota State University Extension, part of South Dakota State University, needed a better way to manage reviews across about 2,000 public-facing projects a year. Before working with Lytho, feedback was scattered across email, making it hard to track approvals, control versions, and keep faculty, staff, and external vendors aligned on brand, accessibility, and academic standards.
Lytho provided a centralized proofing and collaboration process with role-based routing and tagging, giving the team clear visibility into who reviewed each item and when. As a result, SDSU Extension reduced proof versions from 15 to 0.2 per proof, improved tracking and accountability, and sped up decisions while supporting all 100% of South Dakota counties more efficiently.
