A Lytho Case Study
Purdue for Life Foundation, the Indiana-based nonprofit serving as the central hub for Purdue University alumni engagement, development, and stewardship, faced major workflow challenges after merging marketing and communications teams from Purdue Alumni and the University Development Office. Its homegrown, manual processes—such as printing PDFs and routing them by hand—couldn’t keep up with the expanded staff, new departments, and growing client base. Lytho was brought in to help modernize these workflows.
Lytho implemented a more efficient, centralized process for Purdue for Life Foundation’s marketing and communications work, replacing slow manual review methods with a streamlined system. As a result, the organization improved operational efficiency and better supported its continued growth, helping fuel broader success that included 71% growth in philanthropic cash, a 51% increase in total dollars raised, and a 9% expansion in its donor base.
